Give them a try!

I purchased a tough wearing loop pile carpet for my hallway, good product overall. The website is straight forward to use with putting in measurements etc. Fast delivery and real time tracking/updates - this is always appreciated. Definitely give them a try if you normally buy from a more expensive company just because of the name.

Really happy with my flooring

Really happy with my flooring. Fab delivery, on time and in perfect condition. Looks absolutely stunning laid in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service from Jack

Excellent customer service from Jack.
Our order was a day late and he called us to ask if it had arrived on the day. He the called the courier to find out what had happened and told me he'd call back. I'm usually skeptical when I hear this, but 30 minutes later he called back (they couldn't locate part of our order). After giving them a chance to find it he re-ordered our vinyl and got it to us as quickly as he could.

The product was nice, and a quality we were happy with, especially for the price...the customer service was exceptional. Thanks Jack!

Excellent carpets at unbelievable…

Excellent carpets at unbelievable prices. Have ordered a few times now and the latest order had an issue where defects were found in the carpet. This indicates that orders are checked prior to dispatch. I was contacted and chose an alternative carpet at no extra cost, and received the carpet the following day. Great service.
