Great quality and customer service
Having researched a lot of brands and products I ordered Bourton flooring from Woodpecker and was really impressed with the quality of the finish.
The customer service was fantastic and it felt very personal, which is rare nowadays.

Even though the range of flooring we ordered had been discontinued, the company went out of their way to try and find us any oddments to repair an area of our floor that had become damaged. Thankfully they were able to find us a few lengths that will be sufficient for our repair
