Before the Barcelona retreat I was at an early stage in my property journey. I came away with a notebook full of new learnings but one of my key takeaways was when we discussed BRRR and finding deals at auction - these discussions really resonated with me. This new knowledge gave me a lot of confidence and I’ve put the learns into action immediately after the retreat.

The highlight of the retreat for me was the people I met, I was in a room full of likeminded people, all at different stages of their property journey. I’ve stayed in contact with several people from the retreat which is great to be able to chat about new plans/ ask questions of others with more experience.

I couldn’t recommend the retreat enough. Getting away from my daily routine and being able to focus on my future in property was eye opening and I left with my motivation at all time highs!

When I joined the retreat, I was at a crossroads in my property journey. After completing more than 40 projects, I had built experience and a successful business, but I felt stuck. I was micromanaging everything, repeating the same patterns I had adopted from the very beginning, and unsure how to run a business that didn’t depend entirely on me. I knew I needed a change. I didn’t just want more information; I needed a deeper understanding of how to approach flipping in a more intentional and strategic way.

The retreat gave me exactly that, and more!

The teaching was organised, highly informative, and very practical. It brought me back to fundamentals: clarifying life objectives, planning toward them with structure, and using practical frameworks that genuinely work in the real world.

I learned to think like an entrepreneur rather than a hands-on operator.

The atmosphere was extraordinary: listening to Susannah share her knowledge grounded in real experience, in an exclusive and calm setting under the sunny Barcelona sky, and spending time - and an amazing Paella lunch! with like-minded people created the perfect environment to learn, grow, and reconnect with purpose.

The Barcelona Retreat with The Good Property Company was truly outstanding. The environment was calm, relaxing, and beautifully set up to help everyone switch off from daily distractions and really focus on their property goals. The combination of a supportive atmosphere, expert guidance, and a stunning location made it incredibly easy to gain clarity, build confidence, and create actionable plans.

I’m new to all this, and whilst I am still learning TGPC has so much to offer. They provide access to online learning classes and you get to sign up for workshops where members give you their experience and expertise, which is encouraging. I haven’t started my property journey yet but still going through online classes and already finding them valuable. I’m looking forward to getting guidance as I take my first steps and overcome those early hurdles.

Susanah Cole's relateable and down to earth personality and approach to delivery is very infectious. She explains everything in an informal jargon free language which is easy to understand with core principals laid out clearly to the systematic approach to acquiring and sourcing investors and property deals.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with The Good Property Company Academy. The video content is outstanding — extremely helpful and practical, especially when it comes to sourcing property deals, entering joint ventures, and navigating the overall investment process.

Susannah is what you see, straight forward, professional, considerate and ethical. The company has a good team of people and proactive members who rally around each other in efforts to support each others property journey. The academy is what you put into it, the tools and information are all there for you to excel, Susannah herself hosts biweekly team zoom calls where you can discuss anything you want. You also have potential investors on the call and in the Facebook group. It’s a very supportive group and Susannah herself cares about the members and isn’t just in it for monetary gain. I have personally experienced her benevolence when I lost my mother. I recommend TGPC to anyone who is ready to FOCUS, PULL UP THEIR SLEEVES & GET STUCK IN. It is not a get quick money scheme.
