Susannah is what you see, straight forward, professional, considerate and ethical. The company has a good team of people and proactive members who rally around each other in efforts to support each others property journey. The academy is what you put into it, the tools and information are all there for you to excel, Susannah herself hosts biweekly team zoom calls where you can discuss anything you want. You also have potential investors on the call and in the Facebook group. It’s a very supportive group and Susannah herself cares about the members and isn’t just in it for monetary gain. I have personally experienced her benevolence when I lost my mother. I recommend TGPC to anyone who is ready to FOCUS, PULL UP THEIR SLEEVES & GET STUCK IN. It is not a get quick money scheme.

Agree Nicole! Focus, pull up your sleeves and get stuck in - with guidance and systems this is the step by step way to be successful in property. 100% agree with you! I do personally find real motivation in seeing you all succeed, and the community is a wonderful group of good people, being real, sharing the up and downs of property so the full experience is known and shared and people realise there are tough days as well as super successful weeks, months, years.
