I would fully recommend this company. Their communication is great and the products they sell are even better in person than in the pictures. I am looking forward to using the blankets as well as the shawls I ordered. The quality is great!

Take care to understand that this company is not UK based and orders take much longer than we're used to. Updates feel like meaningless delaying mechanisms.
My order had to be chased up several times and it did arrive. But almost £70 for an unlabelled poorish quality blanket is the reason I would not use them again. They feel and communicate like a scam setup.

Ordering - easy enough, however the size descriptions were confusing; Queen was listed as 200 x 150, presumed cm, which is barely a single bed size, however big enough for my purposes.

Delivery - an error on my part re delivery address caused a delay, however there was also a delay with anyone contacting me to get the correct information. Overall delivery took a couple of months. Once I was contacted, Emma got the issue sorted quite quickly and delivery happened within about 10 days.

Product - the muslin blankets themselves are lovely. Small as expected but suitable for my needs. Lightweight, so good for layering. Paired with a woollen blanket they are warm enough for our sub tropical winters.

I ordered two full-size muslin blankets (BOGO), paid $90. I got 2 baby-crib-size blankets, flimsy and almost transparent that look nothing like the ones they advertise. I have no use for them but from previous reviews I know that they make it very difficult & expensive to return. On top of that, it took over two weeks for delivery & the tracking was no use - multiple entries that didn't make much sense. So, I am cutting my losses and want other buyers to be aware.

Everything was easy to do. And I can't wait to get my blankets. Thank you.

Ordered during the buy one get one free (Is there always a sale?!). Blankets shipped from China and took 2 weeks to arrive. (Map makes it look like it’s coming from Colorado). No way to return items. No packing slip. Queen size “blanket” does not even cover the top of my bed width-wise let alone hang over the side. What a disappointment! Don’t buy unless you want a lightweight throw for your couch. It’s soft enough. Just useless on my bed which was the whole purpose of buying. I’ll likely donate it.
