First...for this cost, I shouldn't have to pay any shipping charges. Blankets are nice, but they do snag easily and washing has made my first two pill-ball on the inside leaving quarter sized lumps of fabric/fluff (as it seems there are 2layers sewn together). That said I do like the weight and breathability

Horrible customer service! They don't respond in a timely fashion. The only way to contact them is by leaving them an email and they do not respond for at least a day or two. You are unable to change anything about your order once it is placed, even if you do it immediately.
We ordered 2 queen-sized blankets and the size of each of the blankets were no larger than a child's bed. The company either sent us the wrong size or they are scamming people. They expected us to return the blankets at our expense.
The quality was very poor as well because they don't look like they will last very long if you put them into a wash machine. I stronly recommend anyone to NOT take a chance ordering anything from this company!
You have to pay for shipping and handling and it took a while to be shipped and delievered.
You are much better off ordering from a department store or from Amazon.

I ordered king size muslin blankets. I love that they are so breathable. I don’t wake up drenched in sweat. The only thing, I want it to be a bit bigger. I should have ordered the king xl. Other than that, the quality, style, and colors are all worth it! I will be ordering more blankets and pillowcases in more colors!

Definitely NOT as advertised or shown on various social media platforms! I ordered 2 x Queen size (150cm x 200cm) muslin blankets in the 'buy one, get one free' offer. They took a long time to arrive. The actual size? 98cm x 187cm! They are also much thinner and of an inferior quality than advertised and expected. Very disappointing. I'm still in discussion with them about returning the items - they are saying I must pay the postage, but I believe that legally I don't, as the items are defective. I would strongly urge you NOT to buy from this company.

Question integrity of company. Will grade value of material when received. Did not see a clear photo of fabric density; seems transparent.

Order wasnt delivered due to an incorrect delivery address. Address was corrected, but still no delivery.

i love the marketing, hence why i ordered! the cream floral design is actually white when you get it. and size up! i ordered a queen for my bed, did the measurements, and my "queen" is the width of a twin. length is good; width-not even close. i would suggest shopping for a muslin blanket would be better in person so you can see what you are getting rather than ordering thru The Fleece Company. i do love the feel of the blanket but sadly paid a lot for a couch blanket instead of the plan for my bed!

Having dealt with the fleece company, the service and quality of the goods we received were of a high standard. Having dealt with Sara, she was most accommodating in assisting us with any queries we had and feel she is an asset to your company and look forward to dealing with her again.

I dont know how this company has great reviews. They are scammers. I, like many others, ordered queen sized muslin blankets. They are barely twin sized and so thin they are more like gauze. They wouldnt refund the difference between two sizes and said i could return them on my dime-to Germany! That would three times the cost of the purchase. Their company name is appropriate. Everyone who buys gets fleeced

It was very easy to shop this way. I can’t wait to get my blankets. One is for my daughter and one for me. Great price!

The blankets were shocking quality and too small. Shipped directly from China. I had to return them to Germany. The Fleece company could not supply me with any shipping details like a telephone number, EORI or IOSS number, so I could not send them back postal service. The only option was to ship them back by courier, at just under half the total cost of the blankets. Plus they charge £18 handling fees once it reaches them. This meant that I would get out less than half of what I originally paid, they offered me a 40% which I felt forced to accept. Very very unhappy with the items and the returns for this company. DO NOT BUY
