The Facebook ad got me, then I was drawn in with the BOGO deal and the materials. Then I got an extra discount code while I was deciding. That makes it super easy to take a chance!

Always arrived on time, top qualitaty and the order was always complete .

I came across the fleece blanket last year but didn't need one. During this heatwave I decided to finally get one and that's why I'm here - I got one free too! yippee

Lucky me, all those deals for exceptional products. This company has been around for years and worth every bit of it.

This company delivered my order to the wrong address and they will not make it right. They continue to give me the runaround telling me they are still investigating. It’s been months. I will never purchase from these people again. I continue to reach out and I get the same story from them. What a waste of my money! I have never been so frustrated by crappy customer service! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. And I will continue to post negative reviews!

I was impressed by this blanket at a friend’s house. The ease of ordering and processing payments was a plus to get the blanket.

I placed an order on 6-23-26. I was told that I had 30 days from the date of the order to have a return guarantee. The order arrived on 7-2-26. I learned of the delivery on 7-6-26. On 7-7-26 I emailed and told them: "I need Returns information. As some of the reviews online said, (which I wish I would read before my purchase,) the size is not at all the size that is advertised." I told them "when things are not advertised as they are, it harms and costs time and money to both you and the customers." Hearing nothing by 7-9-26 I forwarded the email to them asking for the return information. No reply. On 7-13-26, I forwarded it again. No reply. On 7-20-26, still no reply. Forwarded the email again. 7-22-26 I emailed again, summarizing all of this. No reply. In sum, the blankets are much smaller than the size advertised, and the customer service is dismissive and disrespectful. I wish that I would have read online reviews before I made a purchase with them! Now, I need to take other actions to get this company to keep its word. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I’ve always been a ‘blanket’ person. Even in the humid summer’s where I live.
When I heard/read all the positive reviews about The Fleece Companies rave reviews, I bit the bullet & took advantage of it’s 2 for one sale.

I bought 2 Muslin blankets which I received & unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size. However, I contacted Customer Service & a lovely lady called Nina helped me. I wasn’t able to buy the larger size so I sent mine back. However, due to a problem at my end (I’d changed banks) it was difficult to get the refund. But Nina found a way around it & they kindly sent me the original blankets & gave me a refund. I have seen some negative reviews, which I find quite strange, considering the company were so good with me. So big shout out to Nina & the Fleece Blanket Company. I’ll definitely be coming back! I would highly recommend the company!
