Nothing was stated about shipping. Yes I’m getting 1 “free” but the added cost of CozyCare Order Protection, tax and shipping, is a little excessive. What is CozyCare Protection?

The order process was easy.

The blankets I ordered were smaller than expected for my queen size bed. I had the option of returning them for replacement but that was cost prohibitive. So I decided to keep them. Nina offered to send a larger one at no cost to me. I was very appreciative and am so glad I accepted the offer. The larger size works perfectly on our queen bed and I love the blanket. It is perfect for Florida summers. I couldn’t be happier. It is so soft and the perfect weight. Thank you. Theresa Reichley

I ordered a king size blanket in order to have plenty of length. It barely covers my queen size bed and has no length to tuck it in at the bottom. The fabric is nice and so I'll keep it as a throw instead.

I placed an order under the “BOGO offer”: one FULL and one QUEEN blanket. All blankets on the site are advertised in this manner: TWIN, FULL, QUEEN, KING. These are standard textile manufacturer sizing references for bedding purchases that correspond to standard sized mattresses. In retail these references confer a specific bedding size expectation. If there are size variances, a conversion sizing chart is customarily presented. There was no chart nor any specific warning provided. So a reasonable assumption is made by buyers like me that it’s business as usual!!
The blankets I received however were almost laughably small in size, but this was not a joke. Neither the FULL nor the QUEEN are large enough to fit a standard twin mattress! They are both useless to me.
I requested information for returning the items for a full refund of payment made, as the company instructs. But after too much unwanted back-and-forth, and even telling them that I considered their business practices unethical and deceptive, I received an offer for a “free” King-sized blanket as settlement?!? Really?? I refused —I only want my refund and to terminate all dealings with this company. I am awaiting a response.
What I’m now seeing in these reviews indicates my experience is typical. This company does extremely misleading advertising as to the actual product being sold. It also misleads with promise of easy returns. I will continue to pursue this matter because I feel it is further insult to be “held hostage” when I simply requested a timely refund because I am genuinely dissatisfied with the product AND the company.
I will write a follow up review when the matter is finally settled.

There are no options for shipping. Navigating the options is a little deceiving

I bought pajamas, but they were too big. I emailed for return details and was initially told I should have used the size guide, however I was given a return address in Germany. I posted them off in June, by 2 July I checked the tracking and found they were awaiting collection. I emailed to alert them of this and was told this would be passed to the team. I was shocked on 28 July to open the door to the postman and be handed my parcel back! I emailed immediately as I am now out of pocket by £60 plus £14.40 postage. It is now 30 July and I have not heard back.
I am beginning to believe this company is bogus.
