Thank you for your time. I can get my foot in a men’s seven quad e boot by Hoss shoes . So I ordered an eight and half quad e from you because I have been wearing ten regular width And1.

The right one was perfect because it is the smaller foot but the left felt to short so I clipped my nail some more and they are comfortable. I wore them for the second time today. The ones I ordered are silver and I think my insurance may pay for my YMCA membership and Medicare calls that a “silver sneaker”.

Had a problem with website when ordering, wrong size came out of nowhere, while it was being processed. Wrong size the shoes would be worthless to me, Fitville came to the rescue, got the right size ordered and that's what I received. Good company.

Didn't have what I wanted at Amazon, so decided to order at the FitVille.com. Although it did take time to get here the sneakers were great. The fit was perfect and the price was great.

When I ordered my shoes, a few hours later,l realized the color ordered was wrong, I emailed them about it and intercepted the package and changed the contents to the color I wanted.

I've ordered three sets of shoe's from FitVille. One had a defect that showed up a few weeks after I recieved it. I contacted their customer service and they quickly sent me another pair.

Very misleading when you order from a company who claim to have warehousing in the UK, but the tracking shows its actually coming from China. Ordered on 17th July, 21st today and still haven't left China yet ... I have now emailed Fitville to ask them to cancel my order and refund me immediately, as I am not prepared to pay return postage to China if these shoes do not fit me. Be aware if you are ordering in UK, this company is not all it claims to be ...

I have had problems finding comfortable shoes and usually takes a while to break them in. First time of wearing my fitville shoes they were ultra comfortable.

It was a great experience because I ordered entirely the wrong boot and The FitVilleUK cancelled the order and refunded my money quickly and with minimal organising. A huge relief thank you.

I forgot to add the 25% first order discount. Sent them an email and they have sent me a refund to cover the 25%, absolutely great Quick response within the day.

Great fit will be buying more this week.

Excellent product that arrived when you said it would. Great shipping notification. The shoes are perfect. They are well constructed and do exactly what they promised to do. I will buy again from you and tell others to go to your site.

The shoes i ordered did not fit like the previous 5 pairs I have ordered (same size and width). Customer service did a fantastic job of dealing with replacement shoes. They worked with me to properly measure my feet and email them the measurements. I will continue buying Fitville shoes as my go-to brand.

Both pair of sneakers fit great and my feet feel wonderful. Most comfortable my feet have been in many years.

I initially had problems with my return.
After a couple of email exchanges with the company, the return issue was resolved and I received my full refund. However, one needs to be aware that the cost of shipping to return my item was $20.00
I had bought shoes from this company previously . My only issue came with the return.
The shoes and their product are of excellent quality.

Excellent customer service with status updates until delivery. The product was outstanding! Will buy again. Great shoee, great service and a great company! Highly recommend Fitville.

I bought shoes on 6/30/26 and hav not received any notification on shipping date. They sent tracking # but when entered into search it doesn’t come up?
