Decided to try FitVille wider shoes hoping they would be a solution for a problematic right foot. While not the solution I hoped for, that has nothing to do with the FitVille shoes themselves. I'll find a home for these shoes for someone. The two pair I ordered seem good quality and style and the support/service in advance and after purchase has been excellent.

Never had such comfortable boots, being a diabetic and not realising I need wide fitting shoes these have saved my feet.
I used to get home with throbbing sore aching feet.
But since I have bought Fitville boots for everyday use it has saved my life.
I would highly recommend this company from start to finish they have been amazing and helped in many ways, quick delivery and superior customer service.
I will be buying more in the future from Fitville there footwear is amazing so comfortable.

Bought trainers and trainer sandals, great product, lightweight, good colours, but the trainers weren’t a good fit for me so I contacted them and discovered they have brilliant customer service/support. Very happy with new item. Took one star off because delivery is very slow.

My foot was causing severe pain. Because I don't have health insurance I researched my extra wide foot with pronation (my heel was 'walking off' the sole); metatarsalgia; bunions; hammer toe; and plantar fasciitis; to find recommedations for what shoes and/or orthotics would best address my condition. Fitville shoes were both highly recommended and very affordable. I ordered Zephyr Lite V4 a half size larger. They helped me with every problem I was having. My toes could spread out; the toe box was deep enough that my hammertoe didn't rub; the arch support helped relieve my metarsalgia and plantar fasciitis; and my heel was securely held to prevent pronation. I do recommend runner's lacing for added stability.

We ordered two pairs of gym shoes and have never received them. Have contacted you and still no response. Very poor customer service!

I love they sell really wide shoes where other brands are a bit tricky with sizes. These are truly wide. Also very comfortable.

Timely delivery, kept informed but mostly pleased with true shoe size.

I bought trainers with my usual UK size inclduing shipping and insurance it was around £42. arrived but was too big. So requested a return. The down side is customer service tried to charge me extra £20 to keep the incorrect shoe and ship out a smaller size which would technically be a smaller UK size (which i would NOT normally go for). so I would be over £60 out of pocket. what am i expected to do with the incorrect pair of shoes? back a carrot cake and party with sponge bob square pants? That maths and logic didn't add up and i have seen it way to many time on other well known platforms as a taktik to keep the rating up. The online return policy is rather funny. even though they sent a shoe which turned out to be made bigger, I still had to pay for return cost. "sorry, we dont provide return labels". it took nearly a month to sort out the whole return thing. in the end I paid additional return fees and it felt like i paid £5 extra to get ride of the problem that is Fitville customer service, I advice not to purchase through the website directly, what a shame i had positive hopes for this new kid on the block company based on the other reviews.

Great customer service. I've ordered a bigger size and they sorted out to change with a smaller size. Great product as well. I ordered 3 pairs. Recommended for wider feet.

Love your shoes all that i wear. I got the slippers. I thought they would have a higher back. Would have been nice to have a strap to use if needed. I am not wearing very often as afraid of falling. I use my other 2 pair of shoes i have gotten from FitVille daily

The shoes are roomy enough for my bunion, look great and feel great. Nice website, easy to order and follow.

Thank you for your time. I can get my foot in a men’s seven quad e boot by Hoss shoes . So I ordered an eight and half quad e from you because I have been wearing ten regular width And1.

The right one was perfect because it is the smaller foot but the left felt to short so I clipped my nail some more and they are comfortable. I wore them for the second time today. The ones I ordered are silver and I think my insurance may pay for my YMCA membership and Medicare calls that a “silver sneaker”.

Had a problem with website when ordering, wrong size came out of nowhere, while it was being processed. Wrong size the shoes would be worthless to me, Fitville came to the rescue, got the right size ordered and that's what I received. Good company.

Didn't have what I wanted at Amazon, so decided to order at the FitVille.com. Although it did take time to get here the sneakers were great. The fit was perfect and the price was great.

I've ordered three sets of shoe's from FitVille. One had a defect that showed up a few weeks after I recieved it. I contacted their customer service and they quickly sent me another pair.

Very misleading when you order from a company who claim to have warehousing in the UK, but the tracking shows its actually coming from China. Ordered on 17th July, 21st today and still haven't left China yet ... I have now emailed Fitville to ask them to cancel my order and refund me immediately, as I am not prepared to pay return postage to China if these shoes do not fit me. Be aware if you are ordering in UK, this company is not all it claims to be ...
