Delivered so quickly and freshly!

contents of hamper were great but Royal mail delivery was a day late.

Pasties ordered for Fathers Day to be delivered on Friday. Did not arrive until Monday so a disappointing service and when they were eventually delivered they were inedible. Contacted customer services for a refund and I foolishly expected replacement pasties to be sent too as a gesture of goodwill for disappointing service. This did not happen and it took ten days and lots of emails to get a refund. I would not recommend ordering from this company from my recent experience.

Hamper delivered 4 days late, food past its use by date as spent 5 days in transit.

Refund promised but had to ask again for my money back, waited over a week.

Good job I bought back up presents for recipient.
Poor communication, not told there was a problem with the order I placed.

Won't use again 👎

Great company their hampers are amazing, such good quality and choice. They always deliver on time. I have used them often to send as thank you gifts, I especially love their scone hampers they are so fresh and the price you pay is great I think considering what you get in them. Exceptional gift boxes and the contents absolutely delicious and very freshly baked and very tasty, in the last few months I’ve ordered 1 for myself and husband, 1 for my daughter and husband and one for my son and girlfriend then about 2 weeks ago I received my gin and tonic and scones init and the other day I received my wine box with scones etc in it , it was gorgeous so I’ll be ordering more in time , so if you’ve tried the rest now try the best xxxx

I was very disappointed that my order never arrived especially as it was for a 70th Birthday present and I had to get something else at the last minute.

Ordered the Fathers' Day afternoon tea hamper which arrived on the day which I was really happy with. Excellent service. The quality of the produce was 100% from the tasty pasties bulging with meat down to the tea bags. The service was first rate as were the contents. First class all round. Will be ordering some more pasties in the near future. Thank you to everyone. Fantastic company, service & products.

I ordered a Father's Day hamper, with pasties, on 18 June for delivery on 20th June to my elderly father. It didn't show up on the 20th or the 21st. It was eventually delivered on Mon 22 June (the day after Father's Day) having been damaged in transit. Royal Mail had clearly dropped something on it, causing the flimsy cardboard box to rip open. Consequently there was no jam in there (presumably smashed as there were jam smears inside), and inedible pasties and clotted cream as it had been sat in a warehouse in boiling Britain for over 4 days. The parcel stank too. So it all went in the bin. After 3 emails and 7 days, I eventually got a quick email apology and a refund. I realise Royal Mail are equally to blame here, but the packaging is so poor, I imagine this happens quite a lot. A very disappointing experience.

The biscuits and cream tea was lovely. However the spices in the pasty was overpowering. Do much so it made my dad poorly. I believe it was the quantity of pepper. I did reach out to customer care to check on this. However support was disappointing.

Ordered a Father’s Day gift which was initially delayed, after making contact with them they said they would deliver following day only to deliver to the wrong address! This meant my dad did not get a Father’s Day present! Asked for refund on 20/6 & still waiting on 29/6 for my refund to process? I have had to chase this & 10 emails later they suddenly offered me a partial refund & a redelivery? How can that be when they have told me they have made a full refund? The whole episode has been an absolute disgrace & I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. I’m now having to get my bank involved to get my refund. Avoid this company.

Have brought from the Cornish Company a few times. The cream teas are always very fresh upon arrival. Always buy as presents and everyone says they thoroughly enjoy them. Have just sent my son the pasty and cider one for his birthday. Said it was the best he had tasted.

Unfortunately it's 2 days past delivery date and still not delivered.
