after many orders which have been fine, the last delivery was terrible.
The box looked like it had been kicked about and sat on the food was flat, the delivery driver did not bother to Knock, guess why, just left in our box in the front garden where ants etc are able to get in as the box was open on all corners, not good guys

Can’t fault this company. Amazing hampers at a brilliant price. Having received one myself in the past it’s now my go to company when sending gifts. The scones are so light and fluffy. And with free delivery it’s excellent value. If you’ve not tried them then you should, you won’t be disappointed.

I received my order and a item was missing I emailed them and they apologised and sent it out on a overnight van and I received it the next day so great customer service what is rare these days so it gets a 👍 from me.

Its great you can choose the date of delivery.Beautiful scones,got the plain for me and the fruit for the hubby.well packaged and kept up to date with delivery time.

Unfortunately our cream tea, which I had ordered for my husband's birthday, did not arrive on the day I asked for, or the next day and when it did arrive Cornish Hamper Store advised us not to eat it, which I totally understand
We received a prompt refund
We think it was not the fault of Cornish Hamper Store but of the carrier who left the package on the doorstep in full sun, we were at home!! Perhaps a change of carrier.

The hamper arrived damage the cream leaked everywhere. The box was also damaged. Contacted the company so far no reply.

Plus the date on the cream is one day not that the cream can be Eaton anyway.

When I placed the order I said leave with a neighbour if not in.The parcel was left in the recipients porch

This Cornish cream tea was a Birthday gift to a very good friend, she really loved it. It was delivered on time and the package was very well presented. The product was delicious.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t very good. My goods arrived in pretty bad shape. The box was very badly damaged, and its contents exposed. One pot of the cream was open. It must have been damaged with the box. Thanks to Cornish Hamper Store they have refunded my order, but couldn’t really do any other due to the state of my order. I will try again in the future to buy another hamper but not just yet. I would like to think I could still order some hampers in the future which will arrive at their destination in perfect condition. The delivery driver who brought my damaged order didn’t ring the door bell or knock at the door so it was only by chance that I managed to see him, but he didn’t mention my order was badly damaged. Very strange really!

Delivery arrived on time and comms were great. Hamper was fantastic and well received by my father in-law. I’ve pre-ordered one for hubbys birthday too as it was that good!
