I found buying the insurance straightforward, but I have not been able to print off any documents. I did not have a password asa new customer, and then I was taken back to quotes. I am confused as to how I get any documents. That is not easy!

I just hope your car insurance is better than your breakdown insurance over 8 hours that stuck on the side of the road and still never got took home after sort out alternative recovery to get home ourselves was not happy to be honest I don't know why I am still paying for AA breakdown cover

Unsatisfactory
Just bought policy two days ago via Internet. Couldn't check anything on the app as it's only for breakdown. Very confu. Rang AA. Very long wait - 25 minutes. Eventually spoke to a person who said the insurance information would have to be amalgamated with the other before I could see policy details- 4 to 5 days. Useless. Asked about Insurance Certificate but you don't provide a paper copy. She sent one via email but I can't print it. On the whole Very unsatisfactory event

Hey Alan, it can take a few days for your Breakdown cover to appear in your online account after taking out your Insurance. When you purchased the cover, you would have been given the option to receive your documents either by email or by post.
If you need a printed copy, you could use a library, print shop, or ask a friend or family member to print it for you. If you need any further help, please feel free to get in touch.

Hi there, if your Breakdown cover is provided through your bank, you’ll need two separate online accounts, one for your Breakdown cover and one for your Insurance.
You can only have one version of the AA app on your phone, so to view each account you’d need to log in and out using the relevant account details. If you need any help with this, please just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
