Took a long time to complete a simple repair. I had to deal with the car hire and repairer direct. Manyana seemed to be the rule, whilst at the same time accruing car hire fees for the 3rd party to pay.

We can see from this that there was a dispute with some of the terms of the hire vehicle which then led to the delay. We we also advised from yourselves not to collect the vehicle until after a certain point, which is why this took a little longer.
