Very impressed with the fast and effective service.
Very impressed with the fast and effective service we have always received. For example, we need someone to visit an elderly relative who’s having difficulties with their aids, and contacted Uzayr who will visit same day!

Better than ever hearing thanks to excellent audiologist!
I recently had my ears micro-suctioned and am extremely pleased with the results! Uzayr is an excellent audiologist, he explained the process well and kept me informed (showing me photos of in my ears). Once the wax was removed he did a hearing test and again, explained what he was looking for on the graphs. A very thorough, pleasant and professional audiologist. I couldn't believe the difference in my hearing!

My 93year old mum has vascular dementia…
My 93year old mum has vascular dementia so it could have been a stressful experience for her, but Uzayr dealt with her beautifully, put her entirely at ease, ensured we both understood exactly what was going on, explained everything slowly and clearly and the whole experience was totally stress free and pleasant. I would heartily recommend him to anyone.

This was a follow-up appointment following ear wax removal the previous week . The consultant advisor was kind, friendly and very professional on both occasions. Everything was explained thoroughly in a kind and gentle manner. Hearing aids were explained and tested and will make a decision as to when to go ahead . Overall an excellent experience
