This was my second appointment with Jamie. I requested it because my hearing was much worse. Jamie removed the earwax and checked my hearing which was similar to the result of the first appointment. We discussed how to solve the problem of earwax building up.
Jamie is very professional and explains exactly what he is doing so there are no surprises. He approaches the appointment with a good sense of humour. He makes sure you are comfortable with what is happening and helps you to find a solution to the problem.
