I couldn't be happier with my new front door. From the initial consultation, to the survey & the actual fitting: everything went smoothly & exactly how described.

Not the cheapest but the quality can't be faulted.

The whole process from initial survey to installation was straightforward and the quality is as promised.
Materials and construction are high end and the multi-point locking is great.
The survey was thorough and the installation was superb.
The only downside, is that I have some painting to do on the pre-existing structure that can't be done until the current period of wet weather comes to an end.

So glad we chose Woodcraft for our job. We had a wood front door from 1904 with stained glass panes, and Woodcraft were able to accurately reproduce the colours and design, and incorporate the decorative panels into a very solid new wood door with excellent insulation and security features. Installation was carefully and neatly done, with no mess. The new door looks great. Not cheap, but very high quality, and we would definitely recommend Woodcraft.

A delightful company whose aim is customer satisfaction.
An initial meeting with Ged starts the process where he actually listens to your requirements, and with no pressure makes suggestions as to how they can be improved. They are upfront about timescales and the fitters work really hard. They are friendly, respectful, reliable and as an older person I felt completely safe and at ease with them. My conservatory is so much better than I imagined and I am absolutely delighted with it.

Just had some lovely wooden French doors fitted. The whole process from design to fitted was seamless. They are well made and sturdy and provide so much light. The fitters were quick and efficient with no issues. Thankyou.

Absolute terrible aftercare. Within 12 hours my door was leaking, paint cracking and a dent in the door. I was accused of putting scratches and chips in the door myself when clearly you could see them in the instalment pictures. Within 8 months of having the door installed I’ve had a snapped handle, large gap between the door and door frame and now rusting. Twice now when the team come they are late, up to 3 hours, asking me to leave my house open and unlocked when I’m not home! I’m still fighting to get my door fixed, I’ve asked for someone to call to get reassurance of how to move forward, but I get the feeling now they have my £4000 they really don’t care.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Woodcraft windows. we had our sash windows replaced and a new front door. the price was right, the quality was great and the fitting was amazing. it is a great attribute to our home in Bath.

Our new windows and back door look good, operate efficiently and are draught free. A huge improvement.

The initial window installation was fine. However, beware if you need any repair or after care. I have been fobbed off for over three months. The company was more keen to prove the repair was not covered by their guarantee than to discuss the problem. I am very disappointed by this. Having been waiting for over three months I am today having the repair done by a local company who could not have been more helpful.

We had a great experience from start to finish. From design work to finished article we received excellent support and we are delighted with the final product. Our oak porch door is extremely well made, looks fabulous and will likely stand the test of time.
