I have ordered quite a number of windows from this company on the advice of my builder and am delighted with them they are due to be fitted soon. I was assisted by Leon through the order system and also on some advice I needed afterwards and his knowledge and approach were amazing, guiding me to the right specification which I needed ! Thank you

If I could give more stars then I would! This company is amazing, their products are incredibly well made and good quality, not to mention reasonably priced. Their customer care is second to none! We had to contact them a couple of times (not because they did something wrong) and they dealt with our queries on the day we contacted them and got both issues resolved within minutes. We also bought some stairs from stairbox (their sister company) and they are the best stairs our carpenter has installed, he said they were fantastic quality and very reasonably priced. If you need windows or stairs, definitely use this company because they are excellent.

I would just like to say dealing with Chris at Wooden Windows has been a pure pleasure I was a bit wary to start with, but the product is incredibly good and the service is good and I felt the prices were very good as well. So highly recommend.

Bought windows from them earlier this year I could find the vat invoice sent them an email requesting a copy thy responded promptly

Good quality window at a good price. The staff are really helpful and lovely to deal with. I had a small issue with a part missing from the order, spoke to Dean who resolved it straight away and gave me some technical advice too. Very happy with all aspects and will definitely use this firm again!

I had my reservations about buying windows and doors off the web, but you have been amazing.
Your website is excellent and allows every aspect of a design (for both doors and windows) to be visually shown as you go through the process. My choice of a plain oak finish and black trim looks so good!
When I needed to speak to someone the team was quick and very efficient at pulling up my ‘basket’. Friendly and easy to talk to.
Price was a real worry for me, as had tried a National window supplier as well as a local firm, both of which had quoted silly prices. But, I needn’t have worried and what I’ve received in finished goods is perfect and half the price quoted by others.
Fast and efficient delivery and apart from a faulty glass fitting, which was resent correctly within a week, the whole process was seamless.
Thanks again for an amazing job and excellent service. Will be singing your praises for a long time and recommending you to anyone I know. My builder will also be letting his clients know what you are about.

We have been very pleased with our recent experience with Wooden Windows. The online design process provided an instant quote which was great, and then we were able to discuss the details and questions with 2 members of staff, Dean and Leon who were both very helpful, via email and phone.
The prices they offer are very competitive and the windows were delivered by another very pleasant and efficient member of staff, Nigel, within the time frame they had given and with a helpful text 30 minutes before arrival on the day of delivery.
My husband, a carpenter himself, is delighted with the quality and workmanship of the windows, doors, locks and handles etc and we are both very much looking forward to seeing them in our new garden studio.
Thank you to all at Wooden Windows, we'll be calling on you next year for a new back door!

I have been really impressed by this company, the staff and the service. The windows and doors were perfect and arrived as expected. They look great and were far better than anything else we saw at this price range. We ordered and installed the windows over 2 years ago and were delighted to be supplied with an additional set of hinges free of charge when we asked to purchase some replacements. (These were needed due to our carpenter, and me, messing up the allen-key heads when adjusting them at time of fitting - no fault of the company) Brilliant service and attention from Kirk, Leon and the team. Highly recommended!!

Ordered a new window for home & really pleased with quality. The quotes I received from other companies were ridiculous so I was really pleased to find Wooden Windows offering sensible prices. Having not seen the products, I was a little nervous but as it turns out there was no need. My builder/fitter was very happy with quality & it looks great now fitted.

Dean could not have been more helpful throughout ordering process. Ordering online was easy with great product flexibility & delivery was fast & within the 10 days quoted.

I chose to use wooden windows given their excellent customer service and competitive pricing. I needed help processing my order and was able to talk to Leon nuttall on the end of the phone who guided me through the process ,which took a whole load of pressure off me. He was more than helpfull and when my next job comes in I will definitely be contacting them again.
