The staff were really polite and efficient. Everything was done to the highest standards and really quickly. They were also really open to questions and did not hesitate to ask if I needed anything else to be done. They also asked me to check everytime they’ve done a section, to make sure I was satisfied. I had complete trust with my belongings with them and nothing went missing or damaged. They came fully prepared with all equipment needed and was very punctual. Would recommend and hire again.

Oh my god, these guys did an amazing job on our one bed one bath flat! Three people came for 3 hours and did an amazing job on our end of tenancy clean. Would definitely use again if we weren’t moving out of the area!!

Would highly recommend Tenancy Clean. I was hesitant about booking as it wasn't a local firm, but I had left it very late to organise a clean for our new house. The phone was answered quickly, they confirmed availability for the date I wanted, and the quote was sent immediately. Ishmael did a great job - he clearly takes pride in his work and the house was really very clean after he'd been in. He was on time, polite, and professional. He seems like a great guy and I'd recommend him to anyone in the area.

Can't review the actual cleaning service, so this is about customer service.

The phone number on the website didn't work, so had to email. They were fairly responsive initially, to be fair.

The website quoted £150 for an oven clean, which I though expensive, but by the time we'd swapped some photos and included the cooker hood, they wanted £220!

I pushed back on this, and phoned a couple of times to speak to 'Mas' who had signed off the emails, but it turns out Mas was never available. Does he even exist? Who knows. But there didn't seem to be anyone else senior enough available to discuss this with. I've been promised a callback twice, and not heard a thing. That was a week ago.

In the end I did the job myself - it took a couple of hours, and I'm not a pro, so they should have been quicker (and with better chemicals)

So £220? They're 'aving a laugh.

Brilliant service. I booked a full end of tenancy clean and was booked in within 2 days. Abubakr Ismahil came and he and his colleague spent all day thoroughly cleaning my property that the last tenant had left in an incredibly dirty state. They cleaned windows, carpets, a particularly disgusting bathroom and kitchen and all other areas of the house. When I returned the house was clean and smelling fresh and is move in ready. 5 stars! Fully recommend.

Extremely unprofessional scam company. The Booking part was fine when the cleaners arrived thats when all the excuses and moaning started. Non stop from the moment they walked in were they moaning and they wanted more money and telling me they would only clean 1 certain part of the flat whereas the booking was for the full flat 2 bathrooms and oven/cooker and fridge were paid extra's as i already knew and had said the flat has been left extremely dirty and I want the place left brand new after the clean no excuses.

They tried to charge me a extra £100 i refused and said everything has already been agreeded on and i have been extremely clear of the state of the flat from the start. I do not expect such level of unprofessional-ism from a cleaning company who actually moans about doing their actual job. My advise to them is to hire better cleaning staff! I didn't book them in just to get a refund! Extremely annoyed!

Team Ezekiel did a fantastic job on our 'end of tenancy' house clean. This was a difficult and arduous clean but they were totally professional and left the house spotless. I would definitely recommend team Ezekiel.

We are very happy with how Nesh's Team got our flat end of tenancy cleaned, they managed to get everything done well and any details that were not done, were promptly cleaned when he was reviewing the clean with me. I would definitely use them again for any future cleaning tasks.
