Brilliant way to lose weight without going hungry.
So far so good I have been following the plan set out for me. Reaching my step goals and working out set amount per week and I have lost 11lbs in 2 weeks which I think is amazing. I'm never hungry and I never go over on my calories this is the best plan I think I have ever used. There is a meal calculator on there to calculate your calories but also tells you how nutritious your food is. It is really easy to follow and I am enjoying it so far.

This is absolutely the best app ever
This is absolutely the best app ever. Don’t bother if you don’t want to actually try and be accountable! If you do, I cannot recommend this app enough. No rubbish or telling you what you want to hear. I don’t do great every day, but over a week I manage PROTEIN, FIBRE & calories really well thank to tracking. So intuitive and easy to use…just have some common sense!

BEWARE SUBSCRIPTION
I find the guy who is the face of this company immensely obnoxious but signed up for the app as it had good reviews. It is ok but annoying to track every little thing you eat. BE WARNED you are tied in to a 12 month contract, which I did not realize - I am now going to have to cancel my credit card to get out of it, which is super annoying.
