Digital contracts must be very clear about monthly terms. UK laws require all digital and subscription contracts to be fair, prominent, and easy to understand. Hidden terms or tricky designs are illegal.
If your contract is not clear, the courts or enforcers like the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) can say the rules are invalid. If there is any doubt about what a term means, the law will always rule in favor of the customer
I suggest others do the same to these scam artists and complain to advertising standards authority for misleading contract

I have given 5* as even though there was an issue with thw technology when trying to pay...the customer service support to resolve it was 5*.
App was easy to down load and easy to navigate.. but as a new user make sure you spend the time to read everything and become familiar with the app.

Had been following Team RH for some time , I love the fact they are down to earth & say it how it is !
2 weeks in now and although ive trained the paat 25 years on off and am pretty healthy Id lost it with the food side of things , So the app has really helped on some of my choices & home scales dont lie down a good few pounds already, bring on the next year & achieving goals together!

I have been with team RH now for 7 years. I initially lost around 7 stone and now use the app to maintain my diet. The app is great and products fantastic. Well worth the small monthly fee

Don't do it guys
Don't do it guys; you will be tied in for a year. With threats of small claims etc etc. You are told that you have a 14 day cooling off period, but they don't give you that grace if you change your mind and then send you a You Tube video of Ritchie telling you to pay because he is doing you a favour, and to not complain or contact customer service.
They will also string out their replies to you.
Stay away.

The questions were very easy to navigate.
The only thing I would prefer is to use KG for my weight as I have to for the hospital. No biggy though.

Loving the app learning a lot about what where I am going wrong and what needs to change. Only criticism I have is the photographs used to assess body fat %. I couldn’t really compare myself accurately to one, would it not be better to use a calculation or build into the RH scales?? It’s a very important measurement.
