Be careful when signing up if u aren't 100%
I think the fact there is no cooling off period to cancel is VERY wrong. I changed my mind after literally a day and was forced to pay off a full 12 months subscription that I will not use. Its actually law that a customer should have a right to cancel i really don't understand how you get away with it. I will be contacting the financial ombudsman to look into the fairness of your policies

I was never able to s lose any weight, I wasn't eating properly or not at all, I've never eaten so much to be honest while on team rh plan & stayed full, not picked out on crap food, & I've lost weight first time in years, thank you for your guidance

Brilliant for an ADHD brain
I love the app. I was a member years ago and lost 3 stone. The app has since updated and it is a million times better. I'm now a member to improve my fitness and tone/chisel. I only need to lose around 10lbs but the exercise regime, the weigh ins, and the food diary keep me accountable. I am not sticking to it 100% as I'm pretty good at self-correcting now - but that is truly because of the food habits TeamRH got me in to the first time around back in 2021/22.
The bolts, the smiley faces, all really work for reward-driven neurodivergent people who love a tick list to get through their day. Richie's no-nonsense approach is brilliant on socials too. Cannot recommend TeamRH enough, especially for the price point.

The ap is easy to use, there isn't a food I've searched and it's not been there, the pictures are a massive help and I really like the bolts you get to collet. Intimidating and unhelpful
Like others, I didn’t realise I’d signed up for a 12-month contract. The only information I received was a link to sign up for the app.
I haven’t used the app and attempted to cancel. I cancelled my direct debit without realising about the 12-month sign-up. I emailed to cancel and was told I couldn’t. They sent me another payment link but couldn’t confirm if I was signing up for another 12 months. I’ve emailed three more times and haven’t received a response.
Meanwhile, I’ve received two shocking and frankly disgusting emails threatening legal action for not paying. All this for around £15. I’m not surprised they shame people constantly so why change a habit?
