Really excellent repair service
Really excellent service. My necklace had lost a piece and not only did they replace the piece, they changed the chain too for a small fee including p&p. I was kept informed of the whole process. So glad to have my necklace back looking like new again.

Gorgeous necklace and super customer service!
I decided to treat myself to a name necklace as a me-to-me gift. I ordered a glittery name necklace with a dangly star and it is exactly perfect. I've only been wearing it for a few hours and already had compliments! This is not my first 'Tatty' piece and they are all striking, well-made, and attractive. I would recommend their designs to anyone.
Not only was Rachel super in letting me upgrade my postal service choice (I forgot about Christmas and wanted to receive it a bit quicker) but the item arrived in DOUBLE QUICK time! Recyclable packaging, handy little care card, lovely storage box too. 10/10!
