I have already written one of these but perhaps I didn't save or send it. Charlotte was great, listening politely to my chatter.
My friend who is about to turn 100 was pleased with her present and I hope to see her wearing it soon. I thought she should have it early as soon she will be inundated with presents. She was county president of the WI and I know that virtually every WI in the county is making something for her so she will find it quite outfacing and needs 'Courage calls to courage everywhere'. She was also a JP & DL not to mention OBE.

repair
I asked about a repair for my lobster brooch which had had a sad accident.
Unfortunately it wasn't repairable.
However, a few days later I was contacted to say they had found a new lobster and for a small sum, it was mine!
Such good service - I was overjoyed

Amazing customer service
I already have some tatty jewellery but this time got to experience the absolutely amazing customer service. I wanted some bits for my wedding jewellery ( the red heart necklace , red heart earrings and a name necklace) I was helped to change something in my order to customise it to gold hooks- and the customer care team also helped to adjust my name necklace to ensure it was stronger. So happy with my order and will recommend to anyone ! Xx
