We are based in Cheddleton, Staffordshire and were founded during the second lockdown by founder Dave Ryan. Dave was working for Greene King in Scotland at the time and was looking for an easier and quicker way of dealing with Track & Trace than scanning QR codes. After some research NFC technology was discovered which allowed information to be transferred onto phones by tapping the phone with a plastic credit card. Quickly this technology was deployed and all of the Scottish Farmhouse Inns (Busy division of GK) were speeding up the process of track and trace using these cards. At around the same time it was discovered that contact details could also be transferred to a phone by tapping the card and the digital business card was born. Since then our processes have improved with investment in state of the art card printers and better programming software. We have sent cards over to America for the Grammys for the last two years with the cards having the nomination brochures on them which transfer to a phone with a tap, countless of number of business cards for employees of Coca Cola, Rentokil, Lavazza to mention just a few. The next use was as tools to help people get reviews for their business, simply by tapping a phone with one of our cards it will take you straight to your Google or Tripadvisor review page. This enables the customer to easily leave the review there and then as there is a good chance they will get distracted by the time they go home to do it. We have literally sold hundreds and hundreds of these cards with multiple orders coming in daily. Most of our business comes from recommendations and word of mouth, so we don’t spend a lot on marketing which allows us to keep our prices very competitive.
