Another excellent installation by Signs Express. We sent them a rough sketch of what we wanted, and they turned it into a great design and provided an excellent quote. The Signs Express team arrived one afternoon and had the sign installed within a few hours. It looks amazing!

We have been using Signs Express Twickenham for many years now and have always felt happy with their service. They provide us with a range of different prints from office exterior panels (including fitting), prints for our medical devices that we manufacture as well as other devices and many more. The whole team are easy and great to deal with but my special thanks extends to Toni Nightingall who is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her service is exceptional, always going above and beyond to make sure my queries are answered immediately.

Really disappointing experience from start to finish.

First contacted them back in February and 7 months later, after spending hundreds of pounds on a few sun strips, Im left with a unresolved issue

The biggest problem is the print quality. There are obvious design/editing errors and the black background on the sunstrips looks DARK BROWN.
For something that's supposed to be black, I don't understand how dark brown can be considered acceptable.

I sent the first set back and was told replacements had been reprinted, but when they arrived the same issues were still there and the black still looked dark brown and the editing errors weren't rectified

Communication has been just as disappointing. After numerous emails back and forth trying to get the issues resolved, they simply don't properly respond. Instead, you just seem to receive generic email updates without anyone actually addressing the problems you've raised.

7 months, hundreds of pounds spent, on some sun strips and numerous emails later, I still don't have what I originally asked for.

Extremely poor quality, extremely poor communication and a very disappointing experience.
Definitely wouldn't recommend

These guys done a brilliant job on my motorhome. The manufacturer had discontinued the line of decals. Signs express done everything they could to match up the vinyls. The end result was great. Easy to deal with and very competitive pricing. If you need a job done go there 👍👍👊

Got quote and tried to talk with the guy who named Martin, didn’t mean to being annoyed but just tried to negotiate more about the price and service. When I got a chance to talk with him he was really impatient and hang up the phone with no respect. Here is UK and we all TALK AS MUCH AS WE CAN!
Won’t recommend this attitude at all and IT IS NOT ABOUT MONEY, everyone please pay more attention for that if you are going to be a customer to this company that does not respect people! Especially when there is a problem between the company and customer, the management would only blame the customer that you asked too much, thats radiculars!
