Waited 3 weeks for my order still not arrived
I ordered on February second. Today is February 23rd and my order isn't arrived yer.

Due to the severe rainfall and flooding in the central region of the country, which has resulted in several road closures across Portugal, many shipments, including ours, are currently experiencing delays in transit and dispatch times.
As previously mentioned by my colleague from the logistics department, we are in constant liaison with DHL to track the status of your parcel and are currently awaiting their formal update. Nevertheless, we believe your order will be delivered by the end of this week.

The purchase experience was nice and simple, the product was what I wanted and the packaging was great.
DHL delivery took weeks (4 or 5) they never notified, texted, emailed me or left the parcel in a close DHL point for me to pickup. I had to chase them to get my package.
