On time and exactly what I ordered

Love the product. Service and delivery very good.

If you’re chasing a gift for Xmas don’t bother ordering. Ordered a Xmas tree 12th Nov, left Melbourne bound for Brissie 16th Nov but hasn’t arrived yet. It’s now 4th December. I’ve requested another tree or refund. Have emailed and they say they’re looking into it but nothing. Have sent several emails with no response. Very disappointing.

I received my item, however when I went to assemble it, I couldn't get past Step 1. I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond. There had just been an error in sending the old instructions. They sent me a copy of the new instructions and I now have a fantastic cage. The only negative thing is that some of the bars were not attached properly and I had concerns the birds may injure themselves. Otherwise an all round thumbs up! Thank you

Easy to assemble - amazingly the predrilled holes always aligned 97.5% of the time. The instructions were useful though not always thorough as some (minor) steps were missing so be aware. Assembled by one person and took more like five hours which included adding three pull down anchors and two over-the-top pull-down cables that were not included in the kit (advisable as we experience very high winds at times)

Great product that arrived in a reasonable time. Delivery was perfect

My guitar was due to arrive on the 3rd of November, there were two parts to this delivery 1 of 2 (guitar) & 2 of 2 (guitar stand).

The guitar stand arrived at my address, however, the guitar didn’t, a message was generated to my tracking to say “Address not Found”! Interesting as it was address as per the guitar stand.

It now a week and a day and still no update in the whereabouts of my guitar Tanstella informed they have contacted Couriers Please in Brisbane, who informed me that they are investigating the whereabouts.

However, with a generated message to say”Address Not Found” the guitar (my property) was in a van 🚐 physically in a van and yet it’s nowhere to be found unless it’s in the hands of some my property does not belong to!

I will amend my review when I receive my property, which is paid for in full
