Ordered reed defusers in sunda and pink pepper/cedar both smell so good in the bottles haven’t put reeds in yet waiting until the house is clean 😂 before I use them

I just love the HartCo candles
I just love the HartCo candles. I have tried many different brands and always come back to HartCo because their fragrance last longer and are stronger then others. Japanese Honeysuckle is a personal favorite as it reminds me of my mum. It was always burning at her house and it now evokes beautiful memories of her 🩷

Disappointing customer service
Recieved a notification that my order had been picked up, which I had not. I was unable to contact customer service, tried phone number (multiple times++), email, and instagram. Finally heard back from them after I went to pick up and discovered that my order was still there and it was an error on the app. Not impressed with the customer service time response. Why have a phone numner if no one answers??
