Extremely poor customer service. Not taking time to understand the issue and take ownership of an error.
Now being invoiced on a 15 year or so CREDIT account and ignoring our existing direct debit account.

I cannot thank Saidul Alam from TalkTalk’s Small Business Retentions team enough.
After a very frustrating experience with several other TalkTalk advisors, I was honestly losing confidence that my issues would ever be resolved. Then I spoke to Saidul, and everything changed.
He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He responded promptly, answered every question, explained everything clearly and genuinely took ownership of the situation. He went above and beyond to help me and made what had been a very stressful experience so much easier.
Saidul completely turned my experience around and restored my confidence in TalkTalk. He is a real credit to the company and exactly the kind of person you want dealing with customers.
Thank you, Saidul — you were absolutely brilliant!

ARO and TalkTalk Business merge to form £200m UK technology services powerhouse
The transaction creates a scaled UK technology provider serving more than 70,000 organisations, with ambitions to accelerate investment in cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity and managed services
14 August 2026
ARO and TalkTalk Business have agreed to merge, creating a combined business with around £200m in revenue, 650 employees and more than 70,000 organisations across the UK.
The deal combines CRN Top VAR 2025 entrant ARO, which ranked 40th in the 2025 list of the UK's largest resellers, with connectivity and communications provider TalkTalk Business.
It combines Liverpool-based ARO's capabilities in cloud, cybersecurity and managed IT services with TalkTalk Business's established expertise in connectivity, networking and communications.
The companies said the combined organisation will have greater scale and resources to accelerate investment in technology, service delivery and innovation while helping customers navigate increasingly complex digital transformation challenges.
For ARO, the deal expands its reach through a larger organisation with enhanced capabilities and increased investment capacity. For TalkTalk Business, it marks another step in its move towards becoming a managed technology services provider following its separation from TalkTalk Group and its recent acquisition of Planet IT.

Summary: If you require NOthing from your business ISP TalkTalk Business is for you.
The representative was helpful. Customer service is fine.
TalkTalk Business is not so much.
The email was never working properly and then it disappeared. My accounts, where are they?
The portal to manage the account was not working. The user interface was non intuitive.
I had to register with the new platforms TalkTalk migrated to and none worked well.
Right now 25/08/2026 I should be able to see the cases in my portal and I don't. "My Services" nothing, "My Cases" nothing, "Invoices" nothing. NOthing I am checking right now.
Prices increase, the speeds do not, neither is a quality of service.
To top it off 30 day lead time to cancel. Laughable.

UPDATE FOR TALKTALK BUSINESS:I see your request and want to send my details to your customer experience team, but your official Trustpilot "Information Request" link has expired and is locked. Please log into your Trustpilot portal and click "Request Information" on my review one more time. This will generate a fresh secure link so I can safely send you my account number and contact number without publishing them to the public. Thank you!
My experience with TalkTalk Business has been very frustrating, particularly because I have now experienced essentially the same problem twice.
Around two years ago, I renewed my contract and TalkTalk Business overcharged me for several months. The amount charged was different each month, and despite contacting customer service several times, I was repeatedly told that the issue would be passed to the relevant department and that I would receive a refund.
More than a month later, nothing had happened. I eventually had to call the complaints line, where a manager reviewed the case and managed to resolve it within two days. So the problem could be solved, but only after I escalated it to a complaint.
Fast forward two years and I renewed my contract again. Unfortunately, TalkTalk Business is once again charging me the old contract amount instead of the renewed amount.
I raised a case through their "new" MyAccount system. I received an email confirming that the case had been created, but the case does not appear in MyCases. In fact, My Orders, My Services and My Cases show no useful records at all. The only section where I can see anything is Invoices, and those invoices are still charging me the old contract amount.
I contacted online support and, to their credit, the agent was polite and was able to locate the case internally. I was told:
"your renewed contract is yet to be updated on your account"
and that the case had been escalated to the relevant department.
This raises another concern. If the support team can see my case internally, why can't I see it in MyCases? What is the point of a customer portal where the customer cannot see their own orders, services or support cases?
I also asked when the "new" system would be fully functional. I was told that the technical team is working to fix issues caused by the migration to the new system, but that there is "no specific timeline" for when this will be fixed.
Although the support staff I have spoken to have generally been polite, I increasingly get the impression that frontline customer service is not sufficiently equipped to actually resolve these kinds of problems. They can identify an issue and escalate it, but there seems to be little ownership and no clear timeframe for resolution.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that this is not a new problem for me. I experienced almost exactly the same billing problem after renewing my contract two years ago. Two years later, after another contract renewal, I am experiencing another billing problem and another escalation.
Customers should not have to repeatedly contact support, wait more than a month, and potentially escalate to a complaints team just to get a contract and billing issue corrected.
After two years, I would expect a much more reliable billing system, a properly functioning customer portal, and a support process where someone actually takes ownership of the problem and gets it resolved.
