Worst Service
Worst service.
I was waiting 2 month to my order while people that ordered before me with apple store got it after max 3 weeks.
When finally I received my order apparently i was signing for insurance that I didn’t ask for, I have been told the cash back will be free of charge, and I just need to sign some files for the iPhone I was trade in.
After a month i have been “mistakenly” charged:
21.12 9.99€ x 2 Buy Back SFAM
27.12 24.99€ Hubsise
28.12 57.99€ SFAM Identifier
28.12 48.99€ SFAM Identifier
28.12 34.89€ Cyrana
28.12 24.99€ Cyrana

Total of 316.78€ and I still didn’t receive the refund for that huge mistake.
If I will not receive it this week I’ll have to go for the next step.
Have never had such a bad experience with a company who suppose to represent the best customer service company in the world.

Misleading information: no cashback when switching to free formula
I made an expensive purchase at Switch and the shop assistant told me that when choosing the most expensive Cyrana plan (Exception+), I would receive 250€ cashback. Sounds great, doesn't it?
According to him, I simply needed to call the Cyrana helpdesk after 20 days to switch to a free plan, in order to avoid extra costs. He wrote down the date on which I had to call. I explicitly asked him what the costs would be if I cancelled too late, and he mentioned the 1050€, so that is in fact honest information.
He told me not to worry, that it would not take a long time, up to 7 days, and even if I was a couple of days too late, that it would not be a big problem to change to the free plan.
I called the Switch help desk afterwards, and they told me that they recently found out there was a 'misunderstanding'. So apparently, it might take up to 7 weeks to process the cashback, AND you DON'T receive a cashback if you switch to the free plan, as suggested by the shop assistant.
So for the Exception+ plan, the first month is free, second month 50€ monthly and other months a whopping 100€ monthly. Once you used the cashback benefit and didn't cancel before the first 30 days, you can only switch to the free plan at the end of the year. TOTAL COST (if you don't cancel it in the first month): 1050€.
So take my advice: cancel your Cyrana plan if you are still in your first month and write a registered letter (aangetekende brief) so you have evidence. Do NOT cancel BY TELEPHONE. Cyrana support promised me to cancel it immediately but I have yet to receive the promised confirmation mail. Cancel the automatic IBAN payment as well.
You can immediately switch to the free plan once you make a purchase, so why does the shop assistant mention waiting for 20 days and explicitly mentions to contact them by phone? My guess is because they know that it might take longer and that you will get stuck with the Cyrana plan, so they receive their commission.
These are really shady business actions. Instead of 250€ cashback I payed 8,50€ extra to send a registered letter to Cyrana to cancel their 'benefits' plan.
Luckily, I was suspicious, but think about all the older people, customers that don't investigate this offer and get stuck with a hefty bill and a 'benefits' card they don't need.
In case anyone of Switch support replies here, instead of "we appreciate your feedback and please contact us", reply with facts and useful information for anyone else that reads this.

NO PROMISED REFUND, NO ACTION AFTER PRODUCT RECALL
I bought an Apple IPhone cable in store and I paid for it. While I was still there, I tried the cable and I found out that the employee had given me A WRONG CABLE (I don’t even know if it was on purpose or not…). Anyway, as I don’t live in Belgium, I asked for a refund and the employee asked me for my bank credential for a transfer, but I HAVE NEVER received my money back, and I don’t even have the wrong cable with me. I remember that he told me that he could make me a voucher, but as I don’t live in the country, he asked his boss to give me a refund with a bank transfer. In the receipt, I see “Contante” but I have never received cash. I gave my bank credentials to the employee, but actually he never asked for my name so he didn’t do it eventually. THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY. Please never buy from this store, I saw many complaints and negative thoughts, still unresolved and the only effort I see is an automatic e-mail they send to every feedback... this is just so sad. DO SOMETHING CONCRETE or people will never come back to your store (or not even come in the first place after seeing these comments).
In italiano: non sognatevi mai di venire a comprare in questo negozio. Andate a spendere i vostri soldi in un Apple Store ufficiale.

Pure scammers for working with Celside and Cyrana, who never gave my cashback since August 21st and kept on taking money from my account!!!
I will never put my feet in this store ever again, and I will make sure everyone knows about these poor, disrespectful, and scammed practices!!!

Stay away from Switch. Horrible sellers experience in louvain la neuve spent 3
4000 euris for mac book iphone 13 early oct. service paid to transfer from iphone to iphone did not work spent 5h in the shop due to 2 mistakes by the sellers, they apologized but still did not refund for the transfer paid & failed.still waiting for my cash back of 250 euros as per the fidelity card they push selling to force customers purchase with worse ever customer services (robot like answering your email with no fit for purpose). Last but not least the macbook ordered a qwerty but got delivered an azerty with 2 months waiting my cash back when it was paid cash. I urge people to stay away from this shop and simply go to apple where customers service is at the core of employees education & quality in everything they do. They take your money without product delivery. Worst experience ever. Feels like robbery.
(I will take legal action on promises not fulfilled regarding cash back & services paid & failed (this is criminal 5h in a shop for failed transfer of iphone)

Bought an iphone 11 protective glass
Bought an iphone 11 protective glass. When I came home and applied it. Next day it just fell off, extremely horrible product. 25 euro wasted on a glass that does not work. Will absolutely never buy here again!
Want a computer? Sorry we only sell insurance!
They are not interested in helping you... They just want to force insurance products into your throat!

Stay away from Switch. They take your money without product delivery. They owe me over 3000 EUR and don’t even try to refund. They only offer generic replies, no actual solutions. Worst experience ever. Feels like robbery.
(Note: they reply that they have to follow their own procedures. This is no solution. I just want my money back.)
Status report 5 September 2021
Still nothing. Lost over 3000 EUR. Company uses Switch name but leaves legacy customers in the cold. Authorities notified.
