Extremely Disappointed with Lack of Communication and Resolution
EXTREME DISSAPOINTMENT ! ! Despite multiple attempts to communicate and resolve my issue regarding a defective Apple Watch strap, there has been no response or satisfactory solution provided. The lack of professionalism and failure to address customer concerns have severely damaged my trust with SWITCH Malaysia (CG Computers Sdn Bhd). I cannot recommend their products or services based on this experience. CONSIDER SUPPORTING "MACHINES" OVER THIS COMPANY IN FUTURE.

Good service at Store but scammed on cash back.
I bought the laptop at the Switch in January 2022 and got a promise to have the cash back after 14 weeks. After half of a year, I haven't received any cash back. Emailed Cyrana and never got a reply. Called them and they said they didn't have cash back information for my account. Emailed Switch several times (at least 4) and always get a standard reply that they don't have access to my account and ask me to call Cyrana. Came to the store and the staffs always said I would receive the cash back soon. Definitely recommend buyers not to sign up for any contracts with Celside, Hubside or Cyrana.

Worst apple retailer company in belgium should not be allow, franchise to paid to get back your not repair product, which apple does not actually, so remove your franchise.
Price completely unfair for an reparation compare to Apple Store, it’s less cheaper, they make big margin on it probably.

I ordered my IPhone almost 4 months ago and I still did not receive it, even though at Apple I can have it the same day. Honestly I don’t even understand why people would go to Switch, I definitely do not recommend it.
Ps: I think they are not honest because a lot of people I know are unhappy with orders that do not arrive...

Bad customer experience
Made an order on 4th of Feb (two apple cords). Got a confirmation. Waited till 15th and then asked them a question via web-form about the order.
No replies till 21st of Feb.
I contacted them via the phone again (it took some time to find a support number). They said, they have no idea when it will be available.
Great news, because at purchase time I saw it available in the shops.
They can't refund to the original payment method (had to give an account number).

Such a scam
1. Pay 50 euro more than the official apple.
2. Promised the cash back when the laptop arrives. Waited 4 months in total due to the first time delivery was a wrong keyboard. And every order takes 2 months. But when pick up the laptop, they say the cash back is not for people who doesn’t know Dutch. Contact via email, not reply, calling they only say we will check and then no reply.
3. Official Apple can see the deliver time and it is much shorter than Switch.
In conclusion, don’t buy from Switch now.

I buy one iPhone by Switch Store. De seller make me contract with Cyrana for de “Cash Back “ and he say I have to call between 30 days to activate. And then go cancel my membership. I call full day and nobody answer. Also de saller make me insurance with one month gratis by Celside Insurance en then I can call to them to stop de contract if I want. I try to call full day but also nobody answer. This is not correct !!! I never buy something from Shitch Store and I hope I can cancel my contracts.

better somewhere else
no clear communication when i bought the iPhone on its delivery date. when i called weeks later still no clear assistance.
when i picked up the order once arrived they were putting in the bill the charger. i did not ask for it as i have one already.
first they said they could take my old phone then they changed their mind. not saying they were wrong. but compared to other Apple stores it was quite bad and cheap experience. better going somewhere else. prices are all the same so....

Switch is worst thing in Belgium. They are fraud , scammer in antwerp (oudevaarplaats 62) branch.
They are not providing correct and all information. They just want to scame the customers, not giving what they promised.
Today you respond my review but I don’t want to listen your advice. Just do what you promised when I bought at your store.
I just need my money back any how.

Avoid
I ordered and pre paid an Apple product which was delivered to the store after 3 weeks waiting. I went to pick up they told me they sold the product because I showed up late, they offered me to reorder the same product and also wait another 3 weeks or a refund with a 3 week delay.
This is just rediciolous. I ordered the same item at apple.com and it was delivered the next day.

Shameful experience
The seller lied to me regarding services misrepresenting what I was signing, costing me time and money for something I explicitly stated I did not want. This was blatantly fraudulent and I will never return to the business and will actively recommend to my network to also do the same. A shameful experience where no apologies were presented or explanations given.

3 time Call center have me in ass.
Waiting a 3 weeks for e-mail respond.
Waiting 3 days after reservation for messege to pick up phone (phone was in shop all the time)
Still waiting for my cash ;)
Shop in Mechelen- was there to buy charger for iPhone. I say i want to buy charger for iPhone 13 pro max. Sell me a charger for iPhone 12 and i didnt notice that. Next day i go and buy cable for this charger coz iphone 12 and 13 have a diffrent cable.
Custom service in shop is very kinde :)

Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support. Brought in a macbook pro 13” 2016 that suffered from the backlight malfunction defect. A defect know to Apple an is repaired free of charge. At dropoff, the noticed a tiny crack in the bezel under the screen. A bezel that in itself is prone to cracks as it is very very fragile. I replaced one on another macbook voor the hefty sum of 11 euros (peel old one off, stick new one on). They told me this was not going to be an issue since the bezel is not part of the screen and the little crack cannot explain the malfunction of the backlight. The crack has been there for almost 4 years by the way. Only half an hour later I got a quote for repairs (which they told me would be €0 due to the program Apple had put in place for free repair) stating the repair would cost €844 !! Because of a “cracked screen”! There was no negotiation possible, the guy in the store told me the €844 repair would fix the crack in the bezel (NOT in the screen, mind you. They failed to show me that the screen was actually cracked like it said on the offer) and that’s why it needs to be paid. As a side-effect, the backlight would be repaired too. NOT the other way around!! I even had to pay €35 because I refused to have it repaired for that price. I bought several macbooks at switch, even planned to buy some airpods there today, but having to pay the €35 was a bridge too far. They will never see me there again!
