I have ordered 9 days ago, no info on delivery
I placed the order 8 days ago, and it still hasn’t been delivered. There is also no information about when it will arrive for 3 days now.
It’s now Wednesday, they said it’s last day for the delivey and I still haven’t received any updates — neither from the company nor from the transport company handling the delivery.

Dvije rečenice - dvije laži. Naručili ste 7 dana prije - 28.04, ispod svake recenzije je informacija o datumu kada je bila narudžba povezana s recenzijom izvršena, pa svako može provjeriti. Dobili ste informaciju kada će narudžba stići - utorak ili srijeda. Noćas je pošiljka stigla u Hrvatsku, onda sve ide po planu, trebala bi biti dostavljena danas (utorak) ili sutra (srijeda). Osim toga dobili ste kompenzaciju 10% iznosa (126,50€) zbog jednog dana zakašnjenja našeg skladišta, o čemu smo Vas jasno obavjestili, sve je bilo transparentno. Dobili ste brojeve paketa - možete ih osobno pratiti na stranici kurirske službe i provjeriti to što pišemo. Tijekom ovih 7 dana bio je i 1. svibnja, praznik. Očekivano vrijeme dostave koje je navedeno na našoj stranici je 2-5 radnih dana, ovaj rok će isteći sutra, u srijedu.
Da zaključimo - razmislite ponovo je li ova recenzija pravedna.
