I’ve already bought 5 ceiling fans from this shop in last 4-5 years. Every time parcel came well packed, very quick delivery and products are fantastic.

The lamps and light bulbs arrived within 3 days and were very well packaged and protected. I am thrilled. After the lamps, I also ordered faucets, which also arrived within 3 days, were very well packaged, and of excellent quality. I am delighted with the service and customer support. Super nice lighting
This is a revision to my initial review. My firat review was quite awedul. The packages took a long time to ship. I understand, Christmas holidays and all. I ordered 2 floor lamps. I received only 1 oackage and the next 2 days later. Thankfully they both arrived. Both lampshades slightly dented but that is more faulted with the delivery companies. I apologize to svjetiljkaisvijetlo for the inital terrible review, but they are difficult to get a hold of and difficult to find an email address to contact them. You have to do a lot of digging on the website to find an email address and their online AI assistent is not very helpful. Thank you for the lovely lamps and for the second package.

Flawed items
Ordered an outdoor terrace lamp at 150€+ and the lamp came without any switch, meaning if you wish to turn it on or off you have to plug it out of the wall. Wrote an email on topic, but was ghosted.
Not sure if there is a product issue or a service one- for sure if you are selling a lamp without a switch, you put this in description.
