Loyalty Met with Unfair Accusations
We’ve spent over £20,000 with Superpet in the past two years, purchasing items to resell. Their prices have often been competitive and orders were generally handled promptly, which we appreciated.
However, we’ve now stopped doing business with them due to how we were treated. Despite placing all orders through their public retail website at full retail prices—like any other customer—we were retrospectively denied reward points without any notice. When we enquired, we were told we were "abusing" their rewards system, simply for using and redeeming points that had been automatically applied to our account for years.
At no point were we informed that being a reseller disqualified us from earning points, and no clear policy was visible on the site during that time. Rather than acknowledge the lack of communication, we were repeatedly accused of policy abuse.
We’re transparent about being a business, and we never expected special treatment—just fairness and clear communication. It's disappointing to be treated this way after a long period of consistent custom, and we’ve chosen to take our business elsewhere.
Edit: unfortunately, it's factually incorrect and grossly misleading to for Superpet to claim they had reached out to explain the situation. If they had done that, this review would never have been written. It's the fact that they did not tell us and then went onto repeatedly accuse us of "abuse". I also note that neither their terms and conditions nor their "Subscription And Rewards Policy" make any mention of the exclusions they refer to; and even if they did we are operating as retail customers, buying at retail prices - we have obtained any discounts from them that would warrant being treated as anything else.

Delivery was ontime
Delivery was ontime, good value it was the cheapest that we could find searching the net, free delivery via Royal mail. We have used Supervet a couple of times and a constant good service.

Purchased whimzees small alligator 150 box, always use these but with 2 dogs having 1 chew per day each needed to try for a lower price, Superpet price was by far the best. Will definitely purchase again.

I am one of those, a loyal customer, ordering from them for two years twice a month. On many occasions there where what we call red flags, but I was thinking human error maybe one off, giving them another chance, (product not as described - subpar quality, email communication not answered, ignored)
On 17 December ordered with Superpet
25kg of seeds, dispatched and suppose to arrive on 20th December, it is 15th January already the oder never turned up.
Chased them up, lost count how many times, asking to refund or sort out with the delivery company, it does not get anywhere no refund, no product, no answers. Credit card people saying it a commercial dispute, bad business practices, but not fraud. Took screenshots of all communications, order placed, payment, account information, building up a case, will be submitting my claim though Financial Ombudsman. Order 76802.
