Free delivery is great, a huge variety of products

I found a renal dog food for my dog to try as she stopped eating the previous brand she was on. I liked the fact l could order just 6 cans and that l did not have to pay for delivery. This was a big plus for me. The food arrived within a reasonable time frame. Luckily my dog likes the food at the moment. So I am happy to keep using this company long term. I like the fact they offer reward points and have a vast array of products.

Absolutely disgusting attitude

Absolutely disgusting attitude with these people. An issue with their website caused my transaction to move from normal card payment to a company called "Shop" who have now sent me a message stating that they are storing my card and personal details. Superpet refuse to help and have refused to cancel the order. RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

We're sorry to hear you're unhappy, but we’d like to clarify a few key points. Shop Pay is a third-party payment gateway, much like WorldPay, Apple Pay, or PayPal. It is not operated by us — it's simply an option offered at checkout. You chose to complete your order using Shop Pay, which was entirely your decision at the time of purchase.

Once payment is completed and the order is processed, we are unable to cancel it as it moves directly into dispatch. You mentioned working in banking, so we’d expect you to understand how payment providers like Shopify and Shop Pay work and the importance of reviewing checkout options before confirming a transaction.

For future orders, you're welcome to choose any available payment method — including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or a direct card payment.

We are a genuine UK business and have fulfilled your order correctly and promptly. Accusing us of being “rip-off merchants” is unfair and entirely unfounded.

Product great, customer service, yet to be convinced.

I’d never purchased from this company before. My neighbour gave me a Himalayan yak chew so our dog could try it. He love it so decided to ask for details. Called the company and felt customer service could have been more helpful by guiding me through their website as I generally prefer to talk to a human being but felt they were unhelpful. To be fair they seemed rushed too. Surely, it would be helpful to employ an extra person even on a p/t basis. Product great, service yet to be convinced.

Poor Packaging

Great product and best price BUT you need to improve your packaging - I've ordered twice now and both times the bag has been burst with seed loss and the PO have had to put it into one of their own bags with a note.

Always Reliable

My pets officially love SuperPet (and so do I!) 🐾

Superpet Limited is paws-itively amazing! Every time I order, it's like Christmas for my furry crew. Fast delivery, great prices, and a huge selection of goodies – from tasty treats to toys that actually survive more than five minutes with my dog! 😂 Customer service is super friendly too – you can tell these folks actually love pets. 10/10 from me (and 100/10 from Hugo and Willow)! 🐶🐱💖

Shocking customer service.

I purchased a bag of Original Best Cat litter which was delivered in an unacceptable condition with a huge slash down the bag with loads of the cat litter spilt all over the external clear bag. There was also a hole in the external bag where litter was escaping. I've ordered this litter several times from different suppliers, including Superpet and this is the first time this has happened. I contacted them by phone and also emailed them pictures of the bag. After some to-ing and fro-ing over whether or not the goods were in and acceptable condition or not they eventually agreed to refund the item, and they sent me a Royal Mail returns label. The goods were picked up on Saturday the 12th of April 2025, and delivered to them on Wednesday the 16th of April 2025. It is now Friday the 25th of April 2025 and I am yet to receive a refund. I have emailed them several times asking when I can expect a refund and they are just ignoring my emails. I now have no option but to report them to my bank and request a refund via them. This is absolutely shocking customer service. I will not be purchasing anything from them again. And I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either.

We completely understand your frustration — especially as you’ve been a repeat customer and this is the first time something like this has happened. That’s not the experience we want for any of our customers.

I’ve reviewed your order and can confirm that your return was received on the 16th of April. As per the email we sent you earlier, we advised:
"Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2–3 business days. If you do not receive an update after that time, please reach out to us, and we will check the status for you."

It appears there’s been a breakdown in communication on our end since then, and for that, I sincerely apologise. I’ve escalated this now and will ensure your refund is processed today. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 working days to show in your account.

As a gesture of goodwill, we’d also like to offer you a discount toward a future order should you choose to shop with us again — though we understand if you feel hesitant after this experience.

Thank you again for your patience, and please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly if you have any other questions or concerns.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, ordered an item from this company via Ebay on the 2 April and paid over £125.00 for it. Stated that it would arrive between 4 and 9 April. Contacted the company on the 8 April to ask why the item has not been posted. No answer just refunded me and used the excuse out of stock via Ebay, yet they are still advertising that they have 7 in stock. This company should be investigated for advertising items it clearly does not have.

I have checked all the details on your website and on Ebay and the details are exactly the same. I ordered "petsafe happy ride collapsible travel carrier for pets up to 27kg". Only to be told you do not have them in stock but you, we're still advertising them on Ebay. I did not order via supersets.co.uk but via your Ebay advert and it is still your company.
