So far so good - about it travel tonight. Super escapes have kept in touch via phone and email reminding us to provide our passport details so they could check us in, we soon had an email with the details we needed to get our boarding passes. Eva was very helpful today, thank you

Booked a holiday which was cancelled, got given a voucher to redeem on a future holiday. Found a holiday on the website, contacted them to book it and the price they quoted me over the phone was double the price on the website and they say that the price on the website isn’t an accurate live price? Have never heard anything like this before. The people who answer the phones don’t speak clear English or understand it very well and are very unhelpful, constantly getting put on hold and passed to a next advisor.
