I wish it were possible to award zero…

I wish it were possible to award zero stars. Unfortunately, the company has gone under, leaving no means of reaching these deceitful individuals. I filed a claim with the small claims court regarding my flight scheduled for August 2020, and they falsely assured me that I would receive a refund by January 2021.

Company ceased trading in September…

Company ceased trading in September 2021, the only good news is that flight I`ve bought was ATOL protected. I`ve got a full refund for my march 2020 flights after submitting a claim. Beware deadline for the claims is till September 2022.

I issued a refund request with Email…

I issued a refund request with Email Flights in November 2020, which was approved. I have yet to receive the money almost 18 months later. The support email I was originally directed to contact now sends the response that the address cannot be found and all of my other enquiries via the contact form online get ignored.

the worst provider

the worst provider. Don't use it, ever. If your flight is cancelled, your money is gone. No refund. But they will ask you to wait, like forever, and at some point, just no answer your emails anymore. Again, if you come across this company (I did via Skyscanner), run away and pick up a different one.

Wish I could give them 0

Wish I could give them 0. Now they have gone bust and there's no way of contacting these crooks. I've made a claim through the small claims courts for my flight which should have been in August 2020, and these liars said they'd have paid me back by January 2021.

This company is an absolute joke

This company is an absolute joke, for the last 7mths. Ive been requesting a refund on flights. They are blaming the airline for the delay, which is a totally false as they have already refunded friends flight money and to top it of they've changed there email site preventing emails reaching thier customer service team.

THEY SCAMMED ME

On 12/26/20 you notified me that you canceled a flight that I had scheduled to fly on 01/12/2021 from Argentina to Inlgaterra, so from that moment I have been demanding a refund of that money from you. I did everything you have asked me to do. On 08/26/21 I received the last message that you told me the following: "We have sent the refund signed form to our refunds team along with bank account details soon you will get the update on the same."
Since then I have sent many more emails that were not answered. I would like my money back as soon as possible, or at least contact me to tell me when they plan to do it. If this situation is not resolved as soon as possible, I will be forced to report you because this is absolutely illegal and immoral. it is more than 400 pounds what you have to give me back!

I was strung along by Email Flights…

I was strung along by Email Flights after my flights were cancelled in August 2020. They told me I could only have credit for 12 months. After 12 months they said I could have a refund and confirmed it had been processed, that I should wait 12-14 weeks.
I waited but still nothing came. I have just found out that the company has been dissolved.
The airline refunded them in 2020 and Email Flights just didn't pass my money back to me. My insurance and bank can't help as so much time has passed.
I also paid Email Flights £2.50 on my original booking for ATOL protection but have since found out this was a scam and not possible on flight only deals.
I don't think I'll ever be able to get my money back from them but open to any recommendations if anyone has any ideas to try!

I read that Email Flights have gone out…

I read that Email Flights have gone out of business. They owe me two return flights to Cancun which they said I could have in credit until April 2022. I have been emailing them for months with my reply. Why were we not informed by someone? Absolutely appalling service. Does anyone know how we can go about approaching ATOL for a refund?

E Mail Flights Ltd Dissolved

This company was dissolved officially yesterday 26/10/21 . They owe me over £3000 which Ive been chasing for the last 9 months . I spoke to someone at Companies House today who told me that no one objected to their request to become dissolved ( Did anyone know ?) and the chances now of getting anything back are pretty much zero .

Claims court to get refund

After excuse after excuse to get my money back for a flight that was cancelled in April, i have had to go through the courts to claim back my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Feels like a scam

Feels like a scammer

I had to go to my bank to get my money back for cancelled flights. Sure they had no intention of returning my money, and barely responded.

All those in the same position, speak to your bank about a chargeback and keep all emails where they said you’re due a refund but haven’t done it. It took 3 days.

Absolute scammers! Over 17 months later still waiting for a refund. Luckily I booked through credit card company and only just been able to get my money back through them. This company should be shut down!! Feel sorry for those who haven't used a credit card and will sadly never see their money again. Although they promise to refund they never will! Scammers!!

No customer service at all

No customer service at all! I have requested for a refund since April 2021 and up until now no refund has been made. They informed me that the airline has acknowledged my refund since 21 July 2021 and will arrange a bank transfer but today is 24 August so far no refund has been received.
