Sungage Financial offered the best financing solution for my new solar system. The flexible terms gave me a monthly payment that fit perfectly into my budget.

I was especially happy that there were no prepayment penalties, which gives me the flexibility to pay the loan down faster. Their approach to the federal tax credit is truly a game-changer.

The transition from traditional utility bills to an affordable, fixed loan payment has been fantastic. Sungage made the financial side of going solar truly a smart investment.

Your communications were very poor. The first person was rude and unwilling to listen. He said he would call back. Never did. Waited for 3 weeks, I had to contact. You folks could not fix a simple problem. Again you said you would call back. Nope. I had to call. Finally my solar company had to call their service number and get the problem fixed. After the system was installed and I assume the solar company had paid, we get an invoice that stated we need to pay in full. I called the solar company. Then I get a paid in full notice. Finally, you sent an invoice that required the financed portion payment in full. We were under the impression that we could make payments. You even sent the payment amount that we should have had to pay.

Dealing with Sungage early on has been easy, and no current issues. Would like to continue on more with Sungage and get another review request more years on.

with me throughout the entire time of the situation. Hopefully the price is right. Staff very friendly.

Timeline feels longer than what is necessary

Initial project discussions happened in November

Permits and other follow ups did not happen until between February and April

Permits were not complete until around the summertime the lane to install, which
Purchasing Partee had to do a lot of outreaching to City Hall and HOA to expedite the following so the project could move on
