New to Sungage Financial
I am new to Sungage Financial, however my experience has been good so far. I have been wanting to get solar for a while and their process was smooth and right to the point. I am very happy with the system I chose and I'm hoping that it continues to be that way. And although I have yet to make my first payment, the website/account portal appears to be very user friendly.

Great Interest rate and the process of getting qualified was simple. The company stream-lined the process and made me feel confident and comfortable that I was making the right decision. The company was upfront about the financial aspects of the loan and I am pleased with the fact I can reduce the interest by paying on the principal balance without any penalties which will save me money over time.

There is little to no communication…
There is little to no communication between sales, operational, construction, and activation. We still do not have our app set up with Green Mountain Power. Nor has anyone contacted us with why the proplemjs exist. Also there is still damage to our roof that needs repairs to, that was caused by the installers walking back and forth on the shingles.

The experience was easy and fast. My only feedback is that when I first started to get emails from Sungage I wasn't aware they were connected to the solar company I was working with and I completely ignored the email for about a week. A follow up email from the sales person alerted me to followup. After that it was smooth and efficient.

Solar financing
My Solar company recommended Sungage financial to finance my loan. I applied and in a few minutes I was approved almost instantly. The process was amazing and painless. Sungage notified me in every phase of the solar installation. Payments were split in four payments in accordance with the contract at different phases throughout the process. At the final stage of installation, Sungage wanted confirmation that the system was up and running, and I confirmed it.
Sungage loan program was the best among the others. You don’t have to submit all the various documents as if you were doing a mortgage loan. Fast and easy qualification process.
Highly recommend Sungage financial for your financial needs!
