Wow what can I say, Suitcase Travel booked a package holiday for us to Norway with Havila Voyages to see the Northern Lights and they didn’t disappoint. From start to finish the service they provided was seamless. Everything was booked and documented, communication was excellent and any questions answered immediately. They provided information on things that we hadn’t even thought of asking about and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend Suitcase Travel as your go to company.

We had a rough plan to take the post boat up the Norwegian coast, and normally book things independently. However, we saw a review of Suitcase Travel and one of their blogs which showed that they knew what they were doing. On contacting them we explored different options and refined our ideas, so that the trip on Havila which we ended up booking exceeded our expectations. Communications were all good and we would certainly recommend them to anybody considering a Norway trip - they really know their stuff!

They made the trip so easy and communication with them was excellent. No waiting on the phone for ages and the queries we had were answered quickly. Mike's advice about the cabin location on the Norwegian cruise ship Havila Pollux was absolutely brilliant and it is that sort of detailed knowledge that can make all the difference to the quality of the experience. Would high recommend.

I came across Suitcase Travel when searching for information about Norwegian fjord cruises. I dealt mainly with Dylan who answered my queries and helped me to make a decision on what would be the best option to go with. It made my first solo trip abroad so much easier and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them in future.

The Norwegian coast from Bergen to the Arctic is the only cruise we would ever consider and Suitcase Travel arranged everything, including the flights, airport transfer and hotel at each end, as well as guiding us through what we needed to sort out for the cruise itself. The service and the details sent through ahead of the trip were excellent.

Penny was our initial contact at Suitcase Travel and couldn't have been more helpful in assisting my friend and I to book a Norwegian Round Trip cruise from Bergen with Havila Cruises, each as 'solo travellers'. She booked comfortable hotel rooms for the days before and after the cruise which definitely reduced our stress levels when flights were disrupted and allowed us to board the ship on time. Bus tickets from airport to hotel were included which was truly valuable.
Penny found us Deluxe Seaview double cabins on Havila Pollux in January at discount, and a choice of flights from 2 of our local airports. Support was available all the way when our flights to and from Amsterdam were cancelled shortly before travelling by the airline. She found us alternative flights and kept us well-informed. A full itinerary was provided so we knew what was included and paid for.
Mike and Lyn also provided great assistance during the booking process, and during and after the trip. Excellent response to rearranging cancelled flights and extra mobility support for me.
The holiday was superb and I'll have happy memories of the trip always.

We used Suitcase Travel to book a Norwegian BKB cruise. They were very good at offering advice, were quick to respond to emails and were very patient while I was trying to sort dates for kennelling our dog whilst away. They also booked us into excellent hotels in Bergen for either side of our cruise and booked hotel to airport transfer bus tickets.

I found Suitcase Travel through an internet search when I was aiming to compare Havila and Hurtigruten ships and the Coastal Express in Norway. Their comparison was extremely informative and having read some customer reviews I decided to give them a call.
I usually book all my holidays myself but it can be very time consuming so I decided to try Suitcase Travel and I was not disappointed!
Within 24 hours my entire holiday was booked and paid for at the same price as it would have been for me to book it. It included flights, transfers, hotels and the coastal express. It was also ATOL protected.
I was delighted by the choice of hotel which was ideally situated in Bergen. I’ve just had a wonderful holiday and I’m very grateful to Suitcase Travel for their help.

Mike and Lyn were really helpful and offered lots of advice when booking our trip. Everything was well organised and ran like clockwork. We appreciated the suggestion of a private transfer from the airport as our flight arrived in Bergen close to midnight, which took away any stress of using public transport. A great company, we’re happy to recommend and will hopefully be booking with them again soon.

We found that to be the case in helping us choose the right cruise and get a very good deal as they have good relations with the cruise companies. From first contact to booking their service was excellent, with no hard sell or pressure to make our choice. We had an excellent holiday.

Our recent trip to Norway was very well organised and immensely enjoyable. The trip involved flights, train and bus, and two cruises (one short on a fjord, one 12 days up and down the length of the Norwegian coast).
