Thanks for a great recommendation for our summer holiday in Crete, Wayne. Really appreciate the service, as always. It was a fantastic week, notwithstanding the return delays caused by damage to Bristol airport’s runway.

The week in Valletta, Malta was lovely, never long enough, but superb. Would highly recommend, easy access, plenty to see and do. Couldn't have asked for anything better, nothing is too much trouble. Have been so delighted with the past years with Howards Travel. Remaining optimistic that we should still have a few more ahead. I am so, so grateful, its been lovely that we have been able to pass on the worry of booking (I couldn't have done it) and ensuring the holiday goes without any hitches, look forward to the next one. Would never go anywhere else.

We have now recently booked two family holidays with Howard Travel, both times dealing with Gemma. The experience was by far better than booking online. Not only was the price better than online but the perks and offers were also to the same if not better. With the personal touch of the little thing like booking our car parking for us, pre-booking seats and giving us some personal insight into excursions and must see options. Made the process a great experience.

Caught up in the hostilities on the way home from a Tigers, Temples and Taj Mahal Tour in India and Nepal. We had a scheduled 3 hour stop-over in Doha, however, we had to be evacuated from the airport and remained there for a week with missiles being aimed at Qatar from Iran. It was terrifying but Howards Manager Gemma Sparrow was over and above anything you expect. She worked tirelessly for us - exceptional!! She deserves a BIG bonus.

We have just returned from an amazing trip to Lapland hosted by the team from Howard Travel and it is an experience that will last long in the memory for all the right reasons. The trip itself was well organised and the team brilliant.
The holiday was full of magical moments (driving snowmobiles, husky sledges etc), but doing so in a snowy environment with people who were not afraid to laugh at doing stupid things like falling in deep snow for the fun of it. It was a holiday I would happily repeat.

If you're looking to book a family holiday then simply, speak to Gemma at Howard Travel! I am probably one of the more difficult clients out there because I know what I want but I'm not sure what I want. I will spend hours searching google / trip advisor and get to the point of putting card details in to only then change my mind. Eventually I decided I needed a professional!

I was actually booking 2 holidays. One for 26 and one for 27. One was a land based resort option with specific requirements and the other a cruise with even more requirements! Obviously I wanted the best out there for the lowest cost :)

Gemma guided me through options, using both her experience of travelling along with research she carried out. She always updated me with different pieces of advice and managed to beat all the other online options when it came to price which tbh is quite the challenge! Even the rooms she found were better.

This was a flawless experience and I have now found my travel rep for life.

I highly recommend Howard Travel and Gemma in particular was first class, I just booked 3 Holidays for next year and she was fantastic at sorting out all the details especially as what i wanted was fairly complictated, Gemma really took the stress away.

Howard Travel in Trowbridge always provide a first rate service. My wife and I booked our wedding package and honeymoon in Mauritius through Howard Travel. Wayne arranged all this for us and is always so very helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Even when we were away, the day before we married on the beach, I contacted Wayne to ensure payment details matched with the hotel. Gemma was so patient and helpful. She explored all the possible options and then gave me a range of choices. She made sure I had all the information I needed and was even able to book our flights so that we were sat next to my daughter who had previously made a booking. Just returned from Sicily after a great holiday in Naxos. Howard Travel sorted everything out for us and it was a holiday to remember. They advised us and booked us on the best holiday in the region we wanted to visit. Even precooked our fight seats. My wife and I visited Howard Travel last year to book a 10 day holiday in Seoul, South Korea followed by a 4 day stop off in Dubai on the way back. We were assisted by Kimara who arranged our flights and hotels. I have used Howard travel many times, Gemma and her team have always been more than helpful and going that extra mile to ensure we end up having a great holiday. I have used them for family holidays and holidays for just myself and my wife. They always make it clear about the small details, from airport parking, transfers, facilities in hotels, airports to travel from and options to suit your needs.

Our Howard Travel Agent was very helpful and proactive which enabled us to secure our desired rail journeys in Australia at the times we wanted them in 2025. The Ghan Experience is so sought after, that cabins are booked up far in advance and we secured one of the last 2 available cabins for Darwin departure on 1st October 2025. thanks to swift action by Kimara.
