What a great Service From start to finish

Good quality products at great prices & quick delivery.

I bought some items that are too small & need to return,but there’s no returns label… I’m finding it hard to find a phone number to contact studio, all numbers don’t work .. I would like details of where to return to..
I don’t have my order number or my account number
So frustrating!

I recently ordered and received a product which was described as a well known brand, they were on sale, however, when they arrived, they were clearly not of that brand and was a far inferior product, possibly a fake copy or rip off of the brand name.

Easy to order, good communication and delivery quicker than expected. Have dropped one star due to the box being damaged but thankfully product inside was fine, unsure if this happened with courier…

They are having some great sales ATM. The clothes are good quality. Service is great, delivery is quick. I am getting birthday and Christmas presents in for my family and friends while all the great deals are on.

Placed order for next day delivery was here by midday. Excellent as needed for holiday 😁

Only had one problem made an order didnt know there were two items already in my basket added my new items for my daughter paid then I noticed 5 mins later asked customer service could they help guy was Bolshoi with me told me it was too late it was aleady with the courier then sent some items through with a next day delivery when I only paid for standard just to make it so hard for me ..I told him I had consumer rights he managed to stop one item but still have to do 7 hour round trip to my daughters to pick up my other item

Payed for next day delivery and now being told there is a delay with my parcel!!
