Overall the experience has been

Overall the experience has been satisfactory, especially the customer service. However, in some areas, especially the range And designs, need little bit more improvement.

Great-looking, comfortable shoes

The shoes look great, just like in the pictures. They are also very comfortable for such formal shoes. The only thing I could think of improving in them is that they were a very slippery, so maybe that could be better. Otherwise, I loved them.

Ordered Direct from vendor for £135 b'cos rubber soles suposed to be fitted BUT CAME WITHOUT ! SIZES SEEM SMALL ! PS i made order size change, staff contact good

Well done.

So this review is edited after prompt response from studio emopli in response to my bad review yesterday.
Full points to mr khurram for winning the customer back after i had decided to say good bye to this brand. He resolved the issue of double payment and missing shoe kit promptly, and offered me a great deal for next purchase.🙂 That is actually what is expected from top of the line brands.
Shoe it self is of great standard as always from studio emopli.

Special Thanks!

Assalam-ua-Laikum, the service was very good Masha'Allah. I was looked after very well by Mr. Khurram who helped me for very long period in choosing the shoes which i wanted. I am a huge fan of Studio Empoli and have been a customer for the past 10 years almost but now Studio Empoli is not in Karachi and i miss that. Furthermore, wishing you and the team all the bets and special praises for Mr. Khurram who looked after me. waiting for my order to come now Insha'Allah.
