Pathetic after sales services. I initiated a refund request for which 16 days have passed still they didn’t return my money back. Some lady picks up the phone on their registered number making excuses of staff shortage & unavailability of concerned account staff. By policy they must return amount within 7 days. Fraud Shoe store indeed.
