Disappointing First Experience – Poor Customer Service
I ordered a pair of boots that arrived with noticeable issues, so I contacted customer service for help. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing — I was given misleading information, and after I respectfully expressed my frustration because of the misleading information they provided, they completely ignored my follow-up. It’s unacceptable and shows a clear lack of accountability and care for customers, especially considering the problem was caused by their own mistake.
This was my first purchase from Steve Madden and it’s left a really poor impression. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’d caution others to think twice before ordering online.
