Good product. Super quick delivery

The product was as advertised and I’m happy with it but I had to wait ages for it to be sent to me. I must have emailed the seller three times after payment asking what was happening, before it was sent to the courier for delivery. That dealing followed an earlier purchase of mine from the same seller, for which I paid, only to be told a couple of weeks later that they couldn’t source the product. My money was refunded promptly thereafter but I wasn’t impressed they offered for sale product which they didn’t have available, with no reference on the sale site to their need to source the sold item from a third party.
Would deal with the seller again though but in the knowledge that things don’t happen very promptly.

Trusting website. The order takes some time to come, because everything is coming from the USA but the good thing is that you don’t pay the customs taxes in Switzerland.

The shipment was ok and the three blankets arrived well packed. Nice colours, but they smelled a bit weird. I decided to wish them at 30 degrees C and then det them in the dryer . When I took them out there was an enormous amount of “ fluff” in the filter - never seen anything like it! I have similar Mexican cotton blankets before and they did not and do not behave like that when washed. I use them for my yoga clients so I need to wash them regularly.

Received my item in great condition.
