Staff were great very professional would have given the whole experience a 5 star but when I changed the colour of my purchase it was (which was my choice) it was quite a while and a few phone calls and emails from me to the company to ensure this had went through and been completed

I bought a small occasional table which I was then told was “in stock”. Despite this, I was told that it had to be delivered and that was an extra £69 thank you very much. I visited Sterling Home today, I hadn’t been in a while and when I walked in was a bit confused as to where I was going..then out of the blue appeared Elaine whom I can only describe as the most friendly, cheerful helpful person ever. She explained she was the stores meet & greet person. She showed me where I needed to go chatting along all the way like a long lost friend which I found wonderful.
