Unable to accept payments in my…

Unable to accept payments in my business name. I have queried this and Starling say there is nothing they can do about it. I have also had problems with the app meaning I can't enter the correct figure when paying a cheque in.

We're sorry to hear this. If you have a Sole Trader account, the payee will need to put your personal name in rather than your business name. This is because your personal name is the legal name of your business.
