Absolutely amazing insurance company

I don’t normally give feedback but with this company a feedback is a must.
Amazing insurance company, very friendly and professional throughout the whole process.

I am forever grateful to this company. I was in so much stress when I found a slight damage to my sofa but I made a claim and they dealt with the situation very professionally.

Thank you so much once again and I would definitely recommend this insurance company to others who are looking to insure their furnitures.

Everything was perfect

Communitcation was great quick to attend turned up as expected. Technician was polite and knowlegeble. He was fast in carrying out the work. Cant compliment them enough

Terrible company

Terrible company
There So called technician has left a 15x19inch water stain on my mattress
And because I would not let any so called technician wet my mattress through again my official complaint to your Company has been ignored and my case against this company has been closed disgusting behaviour from this company
I have done a fuller review against this company through Trustpilot

Horrible customer service. Unhelpful and rude

Frustrating and rude experience with this company. Still unresolved because they were so unhelpful, however from the reviews it seems like the warranty is a waste of money anyway so I guess it won't even really matter. Rude advisor on the phone. Won't throw money down the drain on getting Staingard warranty again and will warn others not to as well.

The company is very customer focused

The company is very customer focused, from the initial phone call, to emailing me the request form and programming in the work, all was very easy and quick.
The Technician who did the work was on time and very friendly, and we were very happy with the result.
Based on my experience, I would recommend 100%.
